Clearly Acrylic was founded in March 2003, and is a family-run, Internet-only retailer of fine plastic products for your home. Our goal is to offer high-quality plastic glassware and drinkware to customers who desire alternatives to cheap, disposable plastic glasses and serveware. Our plastic glasses and stemware are designed to replace fragile glasses, and can be used without fear around the pool, patio, or on the boat - yet are nice enough to use for indoor entertaining, too.

Our retail site has served over 15,000 individual customers; our wholesale department has provided plastic drinkware and serverware to countless upscale hotels, fine restaurants, nightclubs, and resorts. You'll also find our unbreakable plastic glasses and stemware used in professional theaters (both on Broadway and in regional theaters) and in many TV shows and films.

RETURNs
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (see below for damages), we will gladly accept a return within 30 days after the date you received your order.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Damaged in Shipping: In spite of our best efforts to securely pack your order, on rare occasion shipping damage may occur.
- YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
- Your time is valuable, and we request that you contact us before returning any damaged products.
- WE CANNOT REIMBURSE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

 

RESTOCKING
There are NO restocking fees on in-stock orders under $300.
Due to processing & handling costs, a 15% restocking fee applies to special orders or orders $300.00 and above.
